Just a 5-minute drive to the beaches: Bluff and Coles Beach are popular beaches. Beautiful river view walk all along Formby Road, Victoria Parade only a 10-15 walk from the property. The property is in town, in a quiet area, not up for being a party house. The property had a large front garden for the kids to play and a backyard with a fence for bikes. The garage is not for rent. Guest access Self-reservation with a key safe on the front door to make it easy. Other things to note Please do not smoke inside, the balcony is available for smoking.
