Entire walk-out suite in Yellowhead County The space Welcome to Riverstone Retreat. A brand new bright and airy one bedroom (queen bed), one bathroom, fully contained walk-out basement suite overlooking a beautiful meadow and bordered by Maskuta Creek in Maskuta Estates subdivision. We are located on an acreage a few minutes west of Hinton right off of Highway 16. It is a 10-minute drive to the Jasper Park Gate, and 45 minutes to Jasper townsite. Suite has its own private key-code entrance, outdoor space with propane firepit and seating area, BBQ, ample parking, with fully equipped kitchen and laundry facilities. High Speed Fibre Optic Internet/Wi-Fi, and Shaw satellite TV, Amazon Prime/Paramount all included. We have a practice disk golf basket and some random rustic tone holes located throughout the property. A perfect spot to relax and unwind. Guest access Directions and door code will be provided a couple days prior to arrival so guests can self check-in at their convenience. Check-in time 4pm. Other things to note Owners live on the main floor of the property. While the suite is self-contained and well-insulated, there may be some sound transfer between floors. For those with mobility concerns, please note that access to the suite requires walking down a set of stairs. If this is a concern for you, we can provide alternate access on request. Please note: This one-bedroom suite is designed for adult guests only. Due to the nature of the property, including outdoor safety considerations, and because we do not provide infant or child amenities such as a crib or playpen, the space is not suitable for infants or children.
