Maison Padrig: calm and comfort in the countryside

Located 1 hour and 40 minutes from Paris by car (1 hour by train), this spacious house, which can accommodate up to 10 adults, is ideal for your stays with friends or family. It was completely renovated after nearly three years of work. This 280 m² house has 5 bedrooms and a beautiful living space on the ground floor overlooking the garden. It is 25 minutes from Chartres and less than an hour from the Châteaux of the Loire Valley. The space Maison Padrig is equipped to meet all your needs: a fully equipped kitchen, towels, bed linen, accessories for children and infants, essential items such as shampoo, shower gel, toilet paper and kitchen essentials (salt, coffee, sugar, etc.), as well as board games to enhance your evenings. Fiber Wi-Fi connection: Login information will be sent to you directly prior to your arrival. For a warm atmosphere, feel free to enjoy the fireplace: the wood is at your disposal on the porch. The swimming pool is heated June to September. You will find everything you need in the immediate surroundings: • Bonneval (15 minutes drive): organic shops, bakeries, butchers, supermarket. • Local products (5-15 minutes): a distributor at 23 rue d 'Orléans in Sancheville and La Ferme de Marie-Thérèse Pousse in Nottonville, famous for its goat cheeses and cider. Restaurants to discover: for a gourmet outing, explore the many quality restaurants in Chartres, just a 35-minute drive away. Among our suggestions: Moulin de Ponceau, Bistrot Racine, and Café Bleu. The area is full of treasures to discover: • Hiking and cycling in the surrounding countryside. • Kayaking or canoeing on the Loir in Bonneval. • Fruit and vegetable foraging in Seresville. • Cultural visits, such as the cathedral of Chartres, the Maison Picassiette or the castles of the Loire. Guest access Self check-in: A few days before your arrival, you will receive a message containing all the necessary instructions, including the lockbox code to access the house. Thank you for following the following guidelines: 1. No smoking inside. 2. Use the placemats available during meals. 3. For safety reasons, please do not enter the outside buildings. Other things to note Cleaning fees, including the provision of bed linen, towels and other essentials, are already included in the price of your stay for your comfort and tranquility.
