✨ WHY STAY HERE? We welcome remote workers, people who are relocating, and students on internships. You’ll have a comfortable place to stay with everything you need for work and daily life. It’s a great option if you want flexibility, since we offer long-term stays without a year-long lease. PRIVATE BEDROOM (Downstairs): A small, single-occupancy room/shared bath. ROOM AMENITIES: Full-size bed, workspace, full-size mirror, clothing rack and 65"TV. AIRPORTS: 10 miles to DFW 25 miles to DAL The space SHARED HOME: Guests have access to common areas, including a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room, laundry facilities, and pool. CONVENIENT LOCATION: Located just a short drive from restaurants and grocery stores. POOL NOTE: The pool is professionally serviced every Friday, so it’s cleaned and maintained on a regular schedule. Because there are trees directly above the pool, leaves and natural debris will naturally fall in throughout the day, even right after cleaning. This is completely normal and part of enjoying an outdoor pool surrounded by nature We just want to set the right expectations so you can fully enjoy your stay. Thanks for understanding Other things to note Room Cleaning Fee: 🛏️ For stays over 14 days and up to 30 days: a $35 room cleaning fee applies once. 🛏️ For stays longer than 30 days: a $35 room cleaning fee applies every 2 weeks. This fee is required and non-negotiable, billed separately through Airbnb at the start of your stay. It covers a full room cleaning with fresh linens and towels.
