Newly renovated 1000 sqft studio home less than 3 miles from Notre Dame campus. This is a separate home on our 2 acre property. We can sleep 6 easily, but if you have more we have plenty of space for air mattresses. Since this is a 2 acre lot we have plenty of space for parking cars and RV's. This house is exactly a 10 minute drive to Notre Dame. It is also one minute away from University Park Mall shopping and tons of dining, bars, and nightlife. The space Its modern and updated with a full open concept. The Bamboo floors brighten up the entire space making warm and inviting. We have a full fridge, coffee station, and tools for a cocktail bar set up for all our guests as well. Guest access This is its own house on our property. You will have full access to this house. Plus access to our large back yard and fire pit. Other things to note We are open to early check-ins if needed. We can be flexible and work with you to make this the perfect place for you to stay when in the South Bend area.
