Guest access Upon arrival, please inform the parking security guard to grant you access to your designated secure parking space. After parking your vehicle, proceed to register in the lobby where the security guard will provide you with access to your floor. The lockbox code and unit number will be provided to you upon booking. Inside the lockbox, you will find the access card necessary to use the elevator or in the kitchen area, to reach your unit and access all amenities during your stay. Please remember to return the access card and key to the lockbox at the conclusion of your stay. Please note that you do not need the access card to check out and leave the apt. Simply select PB inside the elevator to return to the lobby/parking without requiring the access card. Leave the access card inside the lockbox upon checking out. Additionally, the gym is open 9pm - 8am for your convenience should you wish to maintain your workout routine. Other things to note Laundry is not available but Nora, our cleaning lady, can help you just arrange it with her and she will give you an estimate. Wifi, gym, sky lounge are shared and can be used if available, they are within the building. Hours may vary, usually 9 am to 8 pm Water is not for drinking, so please bring some if needed, we only provide a 2 bottles a start up. Please read the below and respond, "I agree to the house rules" 1. Please do not have parties, have visitors, or host events or you will be asked to leave with no refund to your security deposit. In addition, No pets are allowed if found in the apartment pets, fleas, any damage will be charged a penalty of $500Dlls. 2. Is there a noise complaint for your unit you will be charged a $500 dollars fine. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. 3. Please don't check out past 11:00 a.m. Or you will be charged $250 Dlls. 4. Please clean up after yourself. Large messes will cost you an extra cleaning fee. 5. If your unit has A/C please do not leave it On, if you are not in the apartment . If we find your unit ON once you check out we will charge $150dlls. Please ensure the Mini Split temperature does not drop below 20 degrees Celsius to prevent it from dripping. If set lower, the lines will freeze, and the Mini Split will break. 20 degrees Celsius is already very cold, so there's no need to lower it further. Thank you for your understanding 6.
