Consisting of two-bedrooms (1 x queen bed, 1 x double bed), main bathroom with a large freestanding bathtub and seperate toilet, ensuite, european laundry and well - equipped entertainers's kitchen that includes genuine Calcutta Marble stone bench tops and premium Miele appliances, you will enjoy every moment in luxury here! The home also showcases many beautiful artworks created by local artist Jane Smeets, whose paintings of the local birdlife echoes the name of the home. Birdsong provides the ideal getaway for a truly relaxing memborable holday on the Fleaurieu Peninsula! Guest access All of the house is accessable. Other things to note We provide all linen. Please let us know if you are say 2 guests, a couple or 2 singles? We need to know for making beds and providing bath towels. We kindly ask you to be mindful of your water usage, as supply comes from the rainwater tank. Second Valley does not have any mains water supply. Please be efficient when showering and do not leave taps running unecessarily when washing hands, brushing teeth, doing dishes, etc. You will see small bins provided in both bathrooms and toilet, this is for sanitary napkins and the like. It is imperative that only toilet paper is flushed down the toilet to keep the septic system functioning properly. The aerated spetic system is designed to filter and recycle all household waste water to irrigate the gardens, so pleae only use eco-friendly, septic safe products to keep the biota healthy.
