This early 20th-century farmhouse, fully renovated, is located in Aldea del Obispo, Salamanca, just a few kilometers from the Portuguese border. The house blends modern comfort with the charm of traditional local farmhouses. Set on a private, fenced 1,000 m² plot, it offers nearly 250 m² of living space across two floors. There are six bedrooms—four en suite, one double, and one with an accessible bathroom for guests with reduced mobility. Heating and hot water are provided by an oil boiler.
