This is a “non-smoking” vacation rental. Smoking is not permitted in or even directly outside our premises. We guarantee quiet time of 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. This is a non- pet friendly unit. Please note checkout time is 10AM. We do charge a late checkout fee of $50 for guests who do not vacate by 10AM. We understand that unexpected things can sometimes arise before or during your stay. We strongly suggest purchasing travel insurance to cover those unexpected travel moments that can happen. Canceled flights, Illness and death in family are usually at the top of the list.
