Description

Jago's Chateau, located at 199 Bradys Lake Road in Bradys Lake, Tasmania, is a stunning property offering breathtaking lake views and direct access to Bradys Lake. The property features a charming 3-bedroom home with modern amenities, including a cozy log fire, a corner spa, and a well-equipped kitchen. The outside of the property boasts a generous deck for barbecues and outdoor gatherings, a lush native lawn leading to the lake, and a rustic seating area with an outdoor fire-pit. The space As you walk through the front door, you will find some cushions on the left-hand side which are for the outdoor seating area. There are some hooks for jackets on that wall as well. In front is a table where there are a few pieces of important information to help you during your stay and a book for your feedback to us. On the right-hand side is the dining table and the lounge area with the fireplace. On the left, there is a small corridor which has two bedrooms adjacent to one another, and the bathroom and toilet are in this part of the house with the toilet at the end of the corridor. The lounge area overlooks the third bedroom on one side, and the kitchen in front of it, which is quite well-equipped and has a fridge in the same space as well. The outside of the house, as you stand on the deck and look at the breath-taking lake, has the shed on the left-hand side and woodshed on the right-hand side too. There is an outdoor firepit too, but please do not use it, as this is a bushfire-prone area and we apologise if this is disappointing. A small walk from the deck and you are standing in front of the magnificent Bradys Lake – right on the water – and to say the least it is spectacular The property also has a water tank supplied by fresh lake water Whether as a permanent residence, holiday home, or a thriving short-stay accommodation business, this property offers a serene escape with plenty of opportunities for fishing, boating, and enjoying nature Guest access Our home is your home for the time that you are there. Please feel comfortable to use all the spaces excluding the shed and we hope that we can make your stay a memorable one. Guests at 199 Bradys Lake Road in Bradys Lake, Tasmania, have access to a variety of amenities and outdoor spaces designed for relaxation and enjoyment The property features a generous deck for barbecues and outdoor gatherings, a lush native lawn leading to the lake, and a rustic seating area with an outdoor fire Guests can also enjoy direct access to Bradys Lake, perfect for fishing, boating, and swimming The lock-up garage provides storage for boats and tools, and the property includes a woodshed and a water tank supplied by fresh lake water The charming 3-bedroom home offers modern amenities such as a cosy log fire, a corner spa, and a well-equipped kitchen The large picture windows provide panoramic views of the lake, creating a serene and picturesque environment Whether staying for a weekend getaway or a longer holiday, guests can expect a comfortable and tranquil experience surrounded by nature . Other things to note There is limited cell coverage in the area and Telstra seems to work the best. While we supply all the essentials and utensils in our well-stocked pantry and kitchen, you'll find fishing gear, licenses, and most general supplies at the Bronte Park General Store, about a 10-minute drive towards Miena on the B11. Fresh foods can be hit-or-miss, though. The store offers diesel, but not petrol. For better amenities, drive 30-40 minutes to the Great Lakes Hotel IGA in Miena, which has a fantastic restaurant, or to Ouse. It's wise to stock up on fresh supplies and fuel on your way in. Given its location in the Highland Lakes area, the property experiences regular snowfall in winter. While snow typically doesn't block roads for long, it's possible for them to be temporarily impassable. Conditions can vary greatly, so it's wise to build in some extra time for your winter trip, just to be safe. Please beware and be mindful of the neighbourhood dogs when you are out and about in the area, especially if you are walking with young children as the dogs are often off-leash. Free-to-air TV is not available through the TV Channels - you can use the Amazon Firestick to get on to the channel apps as ABC, SBS, channel 7, channel 9, and channel 10 to check out their live streaming content. Please ensure that you have a mobile phone that is on the Telstra network as there is no coverage from either Vodafone or Optus here. To save yourself the hassle of getting lost please ensure that you download the Google map for Tasmania so that your maps are available in offline mode - please check on Google how to do that..
