The space Private studio with own entrance and parking spot on the driveway, very homely one room studio with a comfortable queen bed, kitchenette, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, sandwich/waffle maker, dining table with 2 chairs, Wi-Fi, A/C, private bathroom, closet. Guest access Guests can park at left hand side of the house, in the driveway park on the right side next to trailer, enter gate next to driveway and private entrance to the studio. Other things to note Very peaceful neighborhood, central, 8 minutes from the airport, 2 minutes from Florida's Turnpike and Okeechobee blvd where you can fine many restaurants and shopping centers, we are 15 mins away to the downtown.
