REGISTRATION Art. 1 – If there is a Child and/or Adolescent, a valid original document of the Child and another document proving the authority of the accompanying Adult (birth certificate, RG or travel authorization term of responsibility) must be presented. ACCOMMODATION Art. 2 – The stay has a maximum duration of 21 hours, starting from 2 p.m. and ending, without fail, at 11 a.m. the following day. After this period, an additional amount will be charged, DELIVERY OF KEYS. Art. 3 – When you leave the property, make sure that the property is closed, “windows doors,” for greater security and control. Art. 4 – When you leave (check-out), hand over the keys to the person responsible for the property. Art. 5 - Our check-out is from 6 a.m. to 11 a.m., free of charge. Art. 6 – "If you need a late check-out, we charge an extra fee; check availability." Art. 7 – Extra check-in time after 9:00 p.m. will incur an extra fee of 50.00 to be paid to the person responsible for your check-in upon arrival. PROPERTY CONSERVATION Art. 8 – Upon departure (check-out), the property will be inspected. If the property is excessively dirty (stains, makeup, grease, blood, paint, mud, etc.), cleaning it will require more time and more products, resulting in an extra expense to leave it sanitized and clean, in the same conditions you found it in when entering the apartment. For this, a fine of half the accommodation fee will be charged. If there is damage or loss of objects, the expenses will be added, as well as the amount of the damage caused or the lost object. Art. 9 – If you are staying alone in apartments equipped with a double bed and a single bed, or two single beds, hosting a couple, or a person, and come to use and/or dirty both beds, the contracted accommodation corresponding to the use or triple or double apartment will be charged. I – Turn off the lights and air-conditioning when you are away. PAYMENT Art. 10 – Payment can be made in national currency, bank deposit or pix. Art. 11 – The service provided refers to the accommodation, for the guest's temporary use, in Housing Units (UH) specific to this purpose, without permission for events, parties or guests that are not listed in the reservation. If any of these rules are broken, the reservation will be canceled without refund. Art. 12 – The provision of service has a direct relationship with the guest and the company responsible for settling the expenses arising from the contracting of the hosting service. CHILDREN AND ADOLESCENTS Art. 13 – Children up to 2 years old stay free of charge; please inform at the time of booking to better accommodate them. Art. 14 – The supply of items such as “bathtub, crib” for children up to 2 years old, when complimentary, will be granted upon availability and in advance. Art. 15 – The accommodation of minors under the age of eighteen can only be effected upon presentation of documentation or express authorization of parents or guardians, subject to penalties of Law No. 8.069, of July 13, 1990 (Statute of Children and Adolescents). Art. 16 – Children must sleep with disposable diapers or their own disposable mattress protectors brought by the parents, to avoid damage to the mattresses, bed linen and/or bath towels in the apartments. Art. 17 - The child occupying an adult bed and comes to “dirty” the mattress, for sleeping without proper clothing (diaper), or without proper protection, or for any other reason, will be charged the value of sanitizing and cleaning the mattress, in the amount of half the accommodation. ACCOMMODATION VALUES, FEES AND EXTRA OBJECTS. Art. 18 - Our price is established according to the period of use, the category and the number of occupants in our properties. Art. 19 - A set of towels (bath/face) is available per guest, and will be charged separately if there are (stains, makeup, grease, blood, paint, mud, etc.), an extra amount will be charged for cleaning or even changing the item. Art. 20 - A separate bath towel will be charged separately, as well as (stains, makeup, grease, blood, paint, clay, etc.), an extra amount will be charged for cleaning or even changing the item. Art. 21 - Room service and change of bed and bath linens, has an additional cost, in addition to the cleaning fee, "check prices and availability". Art. 22 – Smoking is prohibited inside the premises..., if this happens, a fine will be charged in the amount of half the value of the accommodation to clean the property. PETS Art. 23 - We do not accept pets in this property. RESPONSIBILITIES FOR VALUABLE AND PERSONAL OBJECTS LEFT IN THE PROPERTIES Art. 24 - We are not responsible for objects or belongings left in the property or for valuables or money left in the property. Art. 25 - Forgotten objects will be kept for a maximum period of 30 (thirty) days from the check-out date. After the deadline, the administration may dispose of them as it sees fit. Art. 26 – Make sure you are not forgetting anything before leaving the property. I – If any belongings of the guest are left behind, the shipping cost is entirely at the guest's expense and subject to the availability of the person responsible for the property. Art. 27 - The property does not offer a safe. Art. 28 - In the absence of the guest, the property must remain locked. While the key remains with the guest, it is the guest's sole responsibility, including its replacement in case of loss. PARKING Art. 29 - Make sure that the property provides parking and whether it is included or paid separately. Art. 30 - The guest is kindly requested to keep their vehicle closed and locked, not leaving objects or valuables inside the vehicles in the parking lot, thus avoiding damage, theft and robbery, as well as future annoyances. Art. 31 – Parking space for one vehicle only. Art. 32 – Any type of damage to the vehicle, such as burglary, fire, acts of vandalism practiced by third parties will be reported to the police for possible investigation. Art. 33 – Sudden acceleration, loud noises or any other noise that may disturb the silence and tranquility are not allowed, under penalty of a fine of half the contracted accommodation. ROOM CLEANING Art. 34 - In the continuous occupation of the apartment, the bed and bath linens will be changed upon the guest's request, at an extra cost. Art. 35 - Bedroom linen (sheet, pillowcase, blanket, bedspread, face or bath towel and bathroom mat), used to clean shoes, hair dye, makeup or other purposes that damage the piece, or increase the normal dirtiness of its use (shoe marks, blood, makeup, among others), the value of the piece that is used/damaged will be charged, or the amount corresponding to sanitation and cleaning. Art. 36 – To maintain the quality of bed and bath linens, as well as furniture and equipment, we need to charge guests when they are damaged or excessively dirty. Art. 37 - The utmost care is requested with the objects, bed/bath linen, furniture and utensils owned by the property, which are intended for the guests to provide them with comfort and well-being. Any damage, destruction, missing or lost items will be charged to the guest and reported on the lodging purchase site. Art. 38 - The bath/bed linen that is not found in the apartment during cleaning or check-out will be charged to the guest. Art. 39– Items loaned to the guest must be returned at check-out. Failure to return them at check-out will result in a charge for their value. VISITS Art. 40 – To avoid embarrassment and annoyance, visitors will not be allowed. Art. 41 - Only registered guests..., for example: invited persons will not be allowed. I – If you fail to comply with the rules, we will ask you to vacate the property immediately and you will not be entitled to any type of refund, cash refund or credit for new daily rates, resulting in the total loss of the amount paid for the package or amounts paid. PROHIBITIONS Art. 42 – It is expressly forbidden: I – SMOKING inside the property's internal facilities (apartments, bathrooms, rooms, etc.) State Law No. 13.541 of May 7, 2009. II - Use sound equipment in the common areas of the property and parking lot. Please be respectful of other guests by keeping quiet, especially between 8 p.m. and 10 a.m. III – Excessively accelerate your car, causing disturbance of peace and smoke. IV – Hang clothes/towels on the balconies/windows of the property, throw objects out the window, on the floor of the corridors and parking or in the sanitary facilities. V – Throwing trash on the floor, cigarettes etc. Be polite, keep the common area clean. VI – Taking towels from the property for any activity outside the property. VII – Use bed/bath linen to clean shoes, hair dyes, makeup or other purposes that damage the item (the value of the item that is used/damaged for these purposes will be charged). VIII – Circulate around the outside of the property in smaller attire, sleepwear or shirtless. IX – Carry or use materials that may pose a risk to oneself or to others. WITHDRAWAL AFTER ENTRY (check-in performed) Art. 43 - The withdrawal of hosting already carried out (check-in) in the property, as well as early departure for any reason, including due to unforeseeable circumstances or force majeure, will not entitle any type of refund, cash refund or credit in new daily rates, resulting in the total loss of the amount paid for the package or amounts paid. GENERAL PROVISIONS Art. 44 – The property is exempt from liability arising from services of the customer's free choice, such as tours, transfers, laundry service, meals and the like. I - We do not offer laundry services. Art. 45 - Urbanity, peace, hygiene, silence (after 8 p.m.) and good conduct must be maintained. Failure to comply will result in a fine of a contracted accommodation and compulsory departure, without prejudice to the contract value. WE PROVIDE: I - 1 Hairdryer. II - 1 Clothes iron. III - 1 set of bed linens and 1 blanket/comforter per bed. IV - 1 Bath towel per guest. V - 1 face towel per bathroom. VI – 1 Bath exit mat per bathroom.
