Beautiful penthouse apt in luxury doorman building in Historic Sugar Hill Harlem is ALL yours to enjoy on your trip to NYC. Neighborhood is gorgeous, vibrant, very safe. A few blocks from express & local subway lines. Bring car & park in building for just $75/nt The space Beautiful penthouse apt in luxury doorman building in Historic Sugar Hill Harlem is yours to enjoy on your trip to NYC. Neighborhood is gorgeous, vibrant, very safe. A few blocks from express & local subway lines. Bring car & park in building for $75/nt. The 600+ sq ft open plan loft-style apartment, with bedroom, full kitchen and bath, all to yourself. You'll have the entire condo to yourself, but I'll be accessible via phone / text / email. Located on the top floor (11th) of a new luxury doorman building in Sugar Hill Harlem, huge windows in every room facing historic Jackie Robinson Park. Summertime access (free) to the Olympic sized outdoor pool across the street. Adult swim every morning. Super quiet and comfortable space. Enjoy the king sized bed with luxury Dr. Breus Signature mattress and bedding. Bosch washer and dryer and a dishwasher in unit. My parking space in the building is all yours for $75/night if you're coming with your car or renting one. Price includes access to building gym, guest pass to New York Sports Club around the corner, building garden, and community areas. I will try to be here to let you in, but if not the doorman will give you keys and I'll be accessible 24 hours a day your entire stay. Neigborhood maps and guides are here for your stay and because I've lived here for 8 years my many friends and neighbors will be happy to answer questions as well. I have lived in NYC for 30 years, and my 8+ years in this neighborhood have been the most wonderful. I wouldn't live anywhere else. Great restaurants, a lovely park right across the street, and beautiful historic harlem all around. You are a few blocks from the express lines A and D (20 minutes to midtown) the local lines B and C and the 3 line. Cabs and Uber available 25/7 in minutes. I have a parking space in the building available for $75 a night if you bring your car. I do have a dog (who will NOT be there!) and the apartment will be incredibly clean. There is a high-end air filtration system, but if you have severe allegies to dogs, you would be better off staying elsewhere just to be 100% safe. NOTE FOR SUMMER GUESTS: Beautiful Jackie Robinson Park is directly across the street. Summer concerts at the amphitheater are free and include free performances by The Metropolitan Opera, Dance Theatre of Harlem and local and world renowned hiphop, rap and jazz artists throughout the summer, weekends and some weeknights. My windows all face the park and you will to some extent hear them if one is planned during your visit. The events are infrequent and not always promoted, they always end by 9pm sharp but if you need the 100% quiet you'll have typically in my space the other 3 months of the year, I can't promise it in the summer. Most people adore them (self included). SWIMMING: Beautiful free community pool right across the street open late June - Sept 1. Adult swim in the mornings. Open to everyone 11-3pm and 4-7pm. Bring just your suit, beach towels for pool are here for your use. YOGA: There are many amazing yoga studios within walking distance, including my favorite Bikram Harlem, just blocks away. I have two mats here for you to borrow, just return them clean. Guest access The 600+ square foot apartment, kitchen and bathroom all to yourself. My parking space in the building is yours too for $75/ night if you're coming with your car or renting one. Other things to note I do have a dog (who will NOT be there!) and the apartment will be incredibly clean. There is a high-end air filtration system, but if you have severe allegies to dogs, you would be better off staying elsewhere just to be 100% safe.
