For your privacy, pulldown screens are affixed to the lower deck. On the main floor, you’ll also find a full bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower, a laundry room with washer, dryer, and iron, and one of the four bedrooms. - Upper Level: The upper level offers a serene retreat with two thoughtfully designed bedrooms and a charming kids’ playroom that promises hours of imaginative fun. Parking: There is parking available at the property for 4-5 cars and 3-4 SUVs/trucks. Additional parking is available at the ski are located 1.5 miles from the property. Street parking is strictly prohibited and enforced. An EV charger is provided to those who travel by EV. Please notify us prior to your arrival so we can ensure you have access. Resort Amenities: Massanutten offers a variety of attractions such as the indoor water park, golf course, skiing, tubing, zipline, mini-golf, go-carts, horseback riding, spa, virtual golf, etc. Tickets may be purchased in advance online or at the welcome center. ** Please note some activities may sell out in advance, especially on holidays and weekends. We cannot guarantee access to resort activities and do not offer refunds for nonavailability of attractions. The community pool is available for guest use and is open Memorial Day- Labor Day. We are happy to provide our guests with the annual platinum pool pass at no charge. Check-In/Out: Guests will receive a message 24 hours in advance of reservation date with address and door lock code. Check in is available at 4pm and check out is promptly at 11am to allow cleaning crew access. Early arrivals and late departures may be requested prior to arrival date. Security Cameras: there is a security camera located at the front of the property for insurance purposes. The cameras are turned off upon guest arrival. Pets- Up to 2 house-trained dogs are allowed with reservation. Pet fee of $50 per stay. Guests must disclose pets ahead of arrival. Please clean up after pets using the provided bags and trash can. Please ensure that pets are on a leash at all times while outdoors. Fees may be incurred for any damage/excessive cleaning from pets. Wildlife : The home is located in a wooded environment. We mitigate pests as much as possible. There may be insects in/around the property. You may see wildlife to include deer, rabbits, squirrels, snakes, and even bears. Please do not leave doors open, wildlife will enter! Weather- Please monitor the forecast before traveling. For any cancellations due to weather, we follow our published cancellation policy and do not offer weather-related refunds. Please consider purchasing trip insurance for added protection. Fires- no open fires are allowed at any time. Fire pits are fuel and must be monitored at all times and not left unattended. Hot Tub - the Hot Tub is provided for your enjoyment. It is cleaned and flushed prior to each arrival. House Rules: All guests have read and will abide by the below house rules. Failure to do so may result in additional fees and/or eviction from the property with no refund. No parties or events of any type are allowed. Maximum guest capacity is 12. Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted to stay overnight. No smoking inside the home, only smoking outdoors is permitted. Smoking inside the home will result in a $500 fee. Noise- The MPOA has designated quiet hours between 10pm - 8am. Any loud outdoor noise during this time is a violation and may be reported. WAIVER- Guests have read and agree to all Airbnb policies as published by the hosts and may be held liable for any damages. Hosts reserve the right to remove guests from the property, without refund, in the event of excessive overnight guests, parties, noise, or illegal activity. Guests waive the Hosts of any and all liabilities for injury, illness or other significant events while staying at the AirBnB property.
