The space The space • Space to relax: Bright open-plan living & dining, ideal for groups and longer stays.  • Allergy-friendly: Fully tiled interiors for a fresh, easy-to-clean environment.  • Bedrooms (sleeps 7): 4 bedrooms (3 double beds + 1 single), quality linen, mirrored wardrobes.  • Bathroom: Modern bathroom with enclosed shower; toiletries + hairdryer provided.  • Kitchen: Stone benchtops, 900mm gas cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher + cookware/tableware and basics (oil, salt, pepper, tea/coffee/sugar).  • Outdoor: Fenced backyard with outdoor seating—great for fresh air and pet time.  • Parking (biggest win): Spacious driveway/front yard parking—fits multiple cars, caravan or small truck.  Important note about the rear dwelling There is a separate granny flat at the back with its own entry/parking. Both dwellings share the front electronic gate, but each reservation has separate access arrangements to maintain privacy.  Location • ~3 min drive to Villawood Station • ~6 min drive to Neeta City Shopping Centre Guest access During your stay, you will enjoy exclusive access to the entire house, providing a home-like experience. The keys will be conveniently placed in a padlock/mailbox, and a check-in guide will be sent to you on the morning of your arrival for your convenience. CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT INFORMATION: Early Check-In: If you desire an early check-in, we will notify you on the morning of your check-in date if it's feasible. Early check-in may be accommodated after 12 noon if the unit is prepared. Please contact our customer service to confirm. Late Check-Out: Unfortunately, we do not offer late check-out options; the latest check-out time is 10 AM. If you need to depart later than 10 AM, consider booking an additional night and coordinate your request with our customer service. Please be aware that there may be additional charges for early check-in and late check-out requests. Other things to note • Parking: Parking is available in the front yard, with plenty of space. Kindly park on the left side to ensure the driveway remains clear for the granny flat on the same property. • Guest Count: Please enter the correct number of guests when booking. Only registered guests are permitted on the property. • No Parties or Events: Parties, and events are not allowed. Breaches may result in additional charges up to $1,000 . • No Smoking Indoors: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home (including e-cigarettes/vapes). Breaches may result in additional charges up to $500. • Keys & Call-Out Fee: Please keep keys/fobs with you at all times. If keys/fobs are lost or you are locked out and require assistance, a call-out fee will apply. Replacement and locksmith costs may also be charged. • Cleanliness: We take pride in maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and kindly ask that you leave the home reasonably tidy at check-out. Additional cleaning may be charged if the property is left excessively messy. • Late Check-out: Standard check-out is 10:00 AM.
