The Dorfen A94 motorway entrance can also be reached in about 10-15 minutes. - Convenient connection: The bus stop directly in front of the property allows a fast connection to the train stations Dorfen and the nearest larger town of Taufkirchen (Vils). - Parking right in front of the door: A private parking space makes getting there uncomplicated and convenient. - Modern equipment: The apartment has Wi-Fi and a spacious kitchen with basic amenities so you can feel at home. - Cuddly 1.40 meters bed - Oven can currently only be operated with the convection function - The property is located on a busy road, which can make it louder when the windows are open. - The existing TV only offers a few standard programs, NO Smart TV / Fire TV Stick! Guest access The property is located as an annex in our recently built house. This can be reached via a private front door. Right in front of the left front door is the parking space for the accommodation. The granny apartment is best reached by car. Other things to note Our house was built recently and is not yet finished. We ask you to please note this. However, this has no negative impact on the accommodation.
