The space Olive Tree House is an independent home located within a 27,000 m² private estate in the heart of a protected natural park. Designed for comfort and simplicity, the house sleeps up to 5 guests and features: • 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed, one with two single beds) • 2 full bathrooms • A fully equipped kitchen • An open-plan living and dining area with large windows and natural light • A private garden with outdoor seating, ideal for relaxing or dining under the stars • A charming wooden cabin in the garden, equipped with a single bed, perfect for an extra guest or a quiet reading space Guests have private access to the house, the garden, and the cabin. They are also welcome to enjoy the estate’s shared areas, including the spectacular 5,000 m² main garden and a tranquil natural lake surrounded by ancient stones. This house is perfect for families, couples, or friends seeking a peaceful and authentic nature escape—without compromising on comfort. Guest access Guests at Olive Tree House enjoy exclusive access to: • A private garden with a seating area and dining table • A wooden cabin in the garden with a single bed, ideal for reading, resting, or accommodating an extra guest • A fully equipped kitchen with oven, stovetop, fridge, and basic cooking utensils • 2 full bathrooms • A bright and cozy living and dining area • Wi-Fi, fans and heaters (no air conditioning due to the sustainable design) • Private parking near the house In addition, guests have access to the shared areas of the estate, including: • A magnificent 5,000 m² main garden with ancient stone formations • A peaceful natural lake, ideal for moments of quiet and connection with nature The house is independent and offers full privacy while still being part of the larger Love Garden estate. Other things to note • Olive Tree House is located within a protected natural park, so we kindly ask guests to be especially respectful of the environment. There is no waste collection at the property; guests must take their rubbish to the nearby village of Bolonia. • No parties or loud music are allowed, in order to preserve the peace and natural harmony of the surroundings. • Pets are allowed upon prior request, with a €500 security deposit, which will be refunded at the end of your stay if everything is in order. • The wooden cabin in the private garden is equipped with a single bed and is available for use as an extra sleeping space or a quiet retreat. • The property is not adapted for people with reduced mobility due to natural terrain and stairs. • Check-in is from 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. • For stays longer than 7 nights, we offer a complimentary mid-stay cleaning with fresh towels and bed linens.
