The space This is a modern with African touch interior decor cottage set within a private residential compound to accommodate 2 guests. Relax in a beautiful garden and explore the tranquil surroundings. This cottage is one bedroom with a queen size bed, Fully furnished Kitchenette & lounge. Hot shower furnished with Body wash, Shampoo and conditioner. It has a modern toilet. All this crowned with excellent WI-FI. Lush green, safe and secure neighborhood with paved streets and family homes. Guest access Perfectly serene with harmonious melody from birds gracing fresh air just 20 km from Nairobi Central Business Centre. Stones throw away from major attractions like Giraffe Manor, Giraffe Centre, Ngong Hills, Botanical Gardens, David Sheldrick Elephant Orphanage and Nairobi National Park. Take walks to nearby shopping mall and nearby eating places. Easy transport access by online taxis services such as Uber and Bolt. Free packing area is provided. For the health conscious, take advantage of the clean air, safe and clean environment and enjoy a morning or evening jog or walk. Other things to note 1. We do not have any pets in the compound 2. Karen is an ever changing suburb and construction is not uncommon, therefore you may experience some noise during the day-time linked to construction in the local area 3. Whilst malaria is not a concern in Nairobi, mosquitoes can be a little tiresome in the evenings. Therefore, we advise that you sleep with mosquito net around your bed. There is a can of mosquito spray and repellant candles which you can make use of if necessary. 4. Power cuts are fairly common in Nairobi and whilst they generally don't last long, you have solar back-up for wifi, lights, T.V with the exception of kitchen appliances 5. Tap water is for boiling and cooking. Bottled drinking water is provided. 6. Ironing board and iron box are provided. Laundry is available at an additional fee. 7. Breakfast is available at an additional fee.
