We have a fenced yard, with a great patio to enjoy, fire pit ( wood not provided) and Charcoal BBQ - (Charcoal not provided) There is a covered driveway with parking access for two (2) mid sized vehicles. There is no overnight street parking allowed. Additionally, there is a club house that has salt water pool (seasonally) , mini golf, play ground , community center with a pool table, foos ball table, and a lending library for your enjoyment. Guest access You have full access to the property (inside, and yard) which includes the fire pit and grill. It is fenced for your fur babies to run around and enjoy the great outdoors with you. Other things to note luxurious amenities - a queen size bed with luxury mattress, bidet, Induction cooktop with air frying oven, full size stackable washer and dryer, refrigerator with ice and filtered water. Kurig coffee maker, microwave, and all the cookware you could need. Two bedrooms - master is a queen bed with private bathroom (his/her sinks) with shower. Secondary bedroom - has 3 bunks - top is twin, middle is full, and there is a twin trundle on the bottom. Board games, yard games, cards, toys for the kids also on site.
