Total capacity: 20 guests accommodated in the manor and its outbuildings. Ideal for family reunions, birthdays, seminars or wellness retreats. 🏡 THE ACCOMMODATION & CAPACITY (20 SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS) The estate consists of 7 separate units guaranteeing comfort and privacy: L'Observatoire de Juliette (6 people) Bright eco-cottage with sleeping area in the attic (twin beds), 2 suites (160-cm beds) with en-suite bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, and living room with panoramic views. Villa Agathe (4 people) : Detached cottage with connecting bedroom upstairs, large bathroom, sofa bed in the living room, and equipped kitchen. The Liberty Suite (4 people) : Spacious suite consisting of a connecting bedroom with 1 queen bed and 2 twin beds, located in the main manor house. The Suite 70 / Seventies (2 people) : Detached, single-story studio on the ground floor, retro atmosphere, 1 queen bed, shower room and small living room. The Évasion au Cap Room (2 people) : Bright guest room in the manor house with a queen-size bed. The Tiny House (2 people) : A detached lodge with romantic charm, featuring a king-size bed and a private terrace overlooking the Normandy countryside. 📺 AMENITIES AND COMFORT High-speed Wi-Fi connection Living areas and dining rooms suitable for hosting large groups.
