No reserved parking for this home. Follow street signs if you'd like to park on the street. Home is walking distance to the beach and near Valley Park and the cities trail. Guest access Guest will have the home to themselves and will have access to the communal area above this home. Be aware you can hear noise when people are in the communal area since home is below it. We do have quiet hours from 10pm to 8am though so there shouldn't be any noise during those hours.
