Independent studio

Located in a very quiet area, close to the Velodyssée, 3 km from the ocean, the studio is on the ground floor of our house, with a separate entrance. Thanks to its Courant d'Huchet Nature Reserve and its large beaches, Moliets et Maâ is a must-see place for forest walks, swimming and surfing. Its golf course on the dune with ocean views is also renowned. The space The studio is composed of 2 rooms: the main room comprising a 140x200 bed, a large wardrobe, and a dining area composed of 1 table, 2 chairs, a shelf comprising a small refrigerator, a microwave, 1 kettle and dishes for 2 people; and a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Linens and towels are provided. the door to the rest of the house is locked. The front door to the studio is independent.
