The space This is a newly built home on 8 acres within Tyler City Limits has privacy, views of our private 2-acre lake, stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, lots of natural light, AC and Heat, vaulted ceiling, 3-car carport, hardwood flooring, upstairs loftnew furniture, queen-size bed, full-size sleeper sofa, full kitchen complete with large refrigerator, electric oven range, microwave, cooking utensils, pots, pans, etc. Most of the windows have "black-out" shades for a great environment for sleeping. Guest access Our guests have complete private use of our 600-sqft cabin, and the 3-car carport. Guests are able to access the cabin by using our keypad lock on the doors. Guests do share the 8-acre mowed yard which includes a private 2-acre lake with another short-term rental next door. Other things to note This cozy cabin is the perfect place for a couple's retreat. You'll enjoy privacy, sitting on the back porch in our rocking chairs and watch the sunset over our private lake. Another thing of note, is that we are located within the Tyler City Limits and just 1-minute from Broadway Ave (lots of shopping, grocery stores, parks, restaurants, etc).
