Welcome to RiverBed Rise – a peaceful riverside escape in Tailem Bend. Ideal for families, travellers, and guests attending The Bend Motorsport Park. Comfort and convenience in a scenic setting. The space Key Features: Proximity to The Bend Motorsport Park: Just a short drive away, making it ideal for race fans and participants. Scenic River Views: Enjoy breathtaking sunsets and the serene ambiance of the Murray River right from our backyard. Accommodation Details: Bedrooms: Comfortably sleeps 6 guests across 3 bedrooms. 2x Queen Bedrooms 1x Bedroom with 2x bunk beds Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, cookware, and utensils. BBQ also available for use. Access provided to go down the hill to the rivers edge. **NOTE: We're currently renovating the hill and track down to the river, as well as the river frontage itself. The area is still usable, but it may look a little different to what's shown in our photos while the work is underway. If you're planning on using this space during your stay, please get in touch beforehand so we can let you know what to expect. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire property, including the outdoor areas. Self-check-in is available for your convenience. River access is also permitted - short walk down the hill. Other things to note ***NOTE*** To keep our property and guests safe, we have security cameras located in the driveway area. They record guest arrivals and departures only and are used for safety and to confirm guest numbers in accordance with the booking. Portable cot and high chair available on request – let us know in advance. Free Wi-Fi is included. Small selection of tea, coffee, cereal and toast/sandwich spreads are available for your stay. RIVER: Please ensure all children under 12 wear lifejackets when near or accessing the river. Children must be supervised outdoors at all times. Just a short drive to The Bend Motorsport Park – ideal for race weekends. Free street parking. Space for 2x cars in driveway. Quiet hours after 10 PM – please respect our neighbours.
