Amazing location! Bright and airy half duplex located in the Berkeley neighborhood. 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath is perfect for entertaining or relaxing. Located directly across the street, is a great coffee shop, a wine bar, a delicious sushi restaurant and cute shops! Tennyson St. shopping, restaurants & bars is 10 short blocks (or a quick 8 minute walk away). Berkeley Lake is 2 blocks from our home, and has a playground, tennis courts and beautiful views! The space Upstairs is the living room, dining room, kitchen, powder room and one bedroom. Downstairs you'll find 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, as well as washer/dryer. Out in our backyard, we have a grill , couch, children's play house and swing! Out back is a garage/work space where you may see me working occasionally.
