Cabin for A&M Games, Fishing or Family Get-a-Ways!

Make your plans early to stay for those A&M Football or Baseball games! Especially since hotels fill up way in advance. Simple, but roomy. Also great if you're planning a fishing trip to Lake Somerville. There is a boat ramp in the neighborhood, if you want to boat or jet ski on the lake. WIFI has been added. This cabin is comfortable and the area is quiet!! Porches are relaxing with deer strolling by often. Fire pit for evening smores or just friends telling great stories. The space There is a spacy living room, combo'ed beside an open kitchen area. A large couch and a lazy boy chair occupy the living area, and the kitchen has a four+ seater table to dine at. There is a microwave, toaster oven, 4 electric burner stove top, crock and elec skillet. There are 2 bedrooms, one has a queen bed and the other has 2 twin beds. Each room is cooled with window units. There is a full bathroom, with shower/bathtub option. Free WiFI is available. Living Room Smart TV, plus 40 + DVD movies to choose from. Same for bedroom 1. (Network and password will be displayed for you when you arrive). Note: We provide bath towels, but not beach or lake towels. PLEASE bring your own. There is a spacy covered front porch, with porch furniture to sit out on, and an uncovered back porch as well. There is a campfire pit for burning wood, if there is not a burn ban, and chairs to sit around the fire. There is a driveway on each side of the house, but if you bring a boat you can pull it part-way onto the grass along the street. There is NOT a circle drive. This house provides quiet lodging for a 2 or 3 night minimum stays or let us know if you wish to book an extended stay for better pricing. Guest access The entire house and porches are available to guests, as well as the spacious front and back yard. There is also a large canopy with a shaded lane for playing cornhole. Other things to note Again: We provide bath towels, but not beach or lake towels. PLEASE bring your own. It's about a 20 min drive to A&M, but easy hwy route. Not a fancy place as there is older furniture, appliances, etc. but the cabin is very comfortable. Has recent new paint on the outside and the patio is cleaned up and ready for relaxing. We maintain weekly, since we work in College Station. Monthly improvements are taking place....so, make us your regular get-a-way.
