The space *Pool under maintenance till the 10 of June 2025* The apartment consists of two bedrooms, a king-size double and a spacious twin. The bedrooms are serviced by two bathrooms, which are set up with the hotel look and equipped with hairdryers. There is a spacious and well-furnished open-plan lounge and dining room, as well as a fully fitted kitchen. The lounge has floor-to-ceiling glass sliding doors, which open up to the private terrace where there is a second dining area, ideal for an early evening drink before dinner, or a day relaxing on one of the sun loungers, just a stone’s throw away from the sparkling blue communal pool. If you enjoy outdoor dining, the terrace is suitable for everybody as it includes a built-in Bbq facility. Take a fifteen-minute drive and plan a day out in the sunshine at the local beach, or take a stroll along the seafront on the purposefully built pedestrian promenade where you will come across a selection of cultured bars, restaurants, cafes and shops, allowing you to relax and enjoy the views of the beautiful Atlantic ocean. Within a short distance from the apartment, you will find the golf clubhouse, and the opposite side of the resort towards the main entrance consists of a Café, convenience store and multiple bars and restaurants. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc.These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided. ￫ Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. ￫Check-in time starts from 15:00. Only one set of keys will be provided. ￫ Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys on the keybox or main table. ￫ We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information. Please keep in mind that the complete passport/ID details of all guests are required by Portuguese authorities. ￫ During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied. ￫ Night time in person assistance for reasons beyond the property's responsibility will have a cost of 25€ after 10:00 pm and 50€ after 00:00am. Winter Rentals. We offer this property for longer stays in the low season.
