The space The bedroom features a full-sized bed with soft, comfortable bedding (colors may vary), bedside tables with lamps, an accent chair, large windows with blinds, and a ceiling fan to keep the space cool. The kitchen and dining area is fully equipped with modern black appliances, sleek cabinetry, and a dining table for two, perfect for meals or as a workspace. Essential cookware, dishes, and utensils are provided for your convenience. The coffee bar includes a Nespresso machine with complimentary pods, cups, stirrers, and an industrial-style cabinet stocked with glassware and coffee essentials. The bathroom offers a shower/tub combination with wall-mounted dispensers for shampoo, conditioner, and liquid soap, a modern vanity with a black-framed mirror, fresh towels, basic toiletries, and an Alexa device for added convenience. The entryway and hallway provide a full-length mirror for convenience and connect smoothly with the rest of the living spaces, creating an easy flow throughout the unit. The outdoor spaces feature a private deck and backyard seating area, both furnished with comfortable chairs and side tables. These open-air areas are perfect for relaxing with a coffee or enjoying the fresh air during your stay. Other things to note Unfortunately, the unit is not pet-friendly, as there are no suitable restroom areas for pets due to the concrete surfaces and manicured lawns. This property is located on a busier street, close to downtown and nestled in a beautiful historic district. Because of preservation guidelines, the original windows cannot be replaced with modern soundproof ones. They’re part of the charm—but we know they can also let in a bit more of the outside world than you’d expect. To help, we’ve included a white noise machine in the bedroom to make things more comfortable at night. We just like to give our guests a heads-up that street noise, particularly from traffic, can sometimes be noticeable.
