Swanky, stylish, super fun cottage with fenced backyard & private hot tub! This spot is near historic downtown, riverwalk, live oak bank pavilion, greenfield lake amphitheater, breweries, & amazing restaurants! Walk a couple of blocks to Castle Street district for insane eats (Castle Street Kitchen, Jesters, Coco Pipa, Caffe Luna). Also walkable: trendy cargo district in one direction, or Wilmy’s amazing riverwalk for sunsets, shopping, & amazing dining. Under 20 minutes to Wrightsville Beach! The space Comfy 2br/1ba cottage with off street parking. Den is situated with sofa, tv, and Bluetooth speaker. Kitchen has all the essentials including several spices. Retro dinette seats 4-6 and is perfect for games and cards. The primary bedroom has a king sized canopy bed, dresser, walk in closet, and nook with desk/vanity space should you need to work, study, or get beautiful! The second bedroom has a queen bed. Both bedrooms have TVs, bedside lamps with easily-accessible usb and c plugs, white noise machines, and plenty of pillows and blankets! The bathroom includes towels, washcloths, shampoo and conditioner, body wash, and even a bath tray with a candle should you want to take a soak! The backyard is fully privacy fenced and has a 4 person hot tub. Guest access Guests are able to access the entirety of the home, with the exception being the garage, basement, and owners closet. Other things to note Southside ILM is a transitional or “up and coming” part of downtown Wilmington. I love my neighbors, but I don’t walk around by myself after dark. I’ve added plenty of security (outdoor cameras, motion sensor lights, etc.), and I’ve never felt “unsafe” - but as with any other downtown, be cautious! Cleaning fee includes 2 bath towels and one hot tub towel per guest, but does not include sheets/pillowcases for bed(s).
