Welcoming Walls!

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. My home is clean, quiet, safe and comfortable. We are close to the parkways to easily access malls, food and the gym. Minutes away from the LIRR which takes you into NYC within 20-25 minutes or less. We are located 15-20 minutes from JFK and/or LGA airports. The space I have a basement space. Enough space to accommodate 2 people with a TV mounted on the wall and cable. The traveler will have access to a microwave, small oven appliance, private bathroom as well as usage of my laundry room if needed. Guest access Guests can enter my pantry to use the microwave and small oven appliance to heat or cook frozen foods. There is a private bathroom downstairs with a laundry area. Guests can use the laundry room if necessary. No access to the first or second floor where the host lives. During your stay My contact information including an email will be left visible for all guests. Other things to note No private parties and/or additional guests allowed during the stay.
