Under-sink storage with a hair dryer. 🍳Well Equipped Kitchen - Kitchen features a range of modern cooking appliances and generous countertop space also bar area with 2 seats. - Essential appliances include a microwave, washing machine , dishwasher, stove, kettle, toaster, fridge/freezer. Other things to note - NO SMOKING- Smoking inside the home Strictly forbidden! Any smoking evidence (air monitoring) will result in odour removal and furniture cleaning fees. -NO PARTIES/EVENTS- We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. Our neighbours will alert us to any parties and your booking will be terminated immediately by entering the property with no refund for remaining nights and possible charge for any damage. -THIS HOME IS NOT SUITABLE FOR PETS- -If BOOKING SOFA BED OR EXTRA BEDDING- Just to let you know, there’s a £25 charge for using the sofa bed - bedding. This helps cover the additional cleaning / bedding required to keep everything fresh and comfortable for our guests. Please let us know if you’d like us to arrange it for you! -We have CCTV camera monitoring front door. - Failure to stick with above rules or notify us beforehand with extra guest, may result in your accommodation with us being terminated early by entering the property and/or extra charges may be incurred.
