There’s plenty to do in the surrounding area with numerous bush walks and beaches to explore including Snells Beach itself, Sandspit and Algies Bay and the Mahurangi Reserve. The space The house has an internal access double garage. The open plan living area welcomes you with an abundance of natural light. It consists of a kitchen, dining room and two separate living areas. There is a large covered deck ready for you to sit back and relax with a drink, or fire up the bbq. There are two guest bedrooms, one with a super king size bed and the other is queen size. There is a guest bathroom and separate toilet. The primary bedroom opens onto a deck with views to the garden. It also has a super king size bed and an ensuite bathroom. Guest access During your stay, you'll have exclusive access to all the amenities and spaces within the property. Other things to note There could be some week day noise as our neighbours build a new house.
