The upstairs of our home is owner-occupied, but the entire downstairs is very private and all yours with its own entrance to come and go as you please! The space A private downstairs apartment, with two bedrooms, an office room, a full bath. A kitchenette with a small fridge, microwave, toaster over, air fryer and hot plates, pots, pans & dishes! Guest access The upstairs of our home is owner-occupied, but the entire downstairs is very private and all yours with its own entrance to come and go as you please! Other things to note This is a downstairs apartment, there are about 10 outdoor steps to get to the entrance.
