Surface area: Ground floor of 4x4 meters with open kitchen, bathroom and underfloor heating. Second floor: 4x4 meters with four sloping roofs, accessible via steep stairs. Location: Located on the Waal, on the outskirts of the village of Dreumel, a short distance from a supermarket, bakery and hairdresser. The house is best accessible by car.
