La Petite Perthière

Located on Pont Varin near Wassy, for nature lovers, we provide our small independent chalet, "studio" version of 30 m2, located within our property by a pond and on the edge of the woods. It is close to all amenities (supermarkets, medical house, pharmacy, bakery, butcher shop etc.) 1km away as well as Lake Der 15km away, its beaches and water activities, accessible by bike path that can be used 500m from our accommodation. The space The Studio is equipped with a 160 x 200 queen size bed, a sofa bed (convertible 140 x 200), a small TV, an equipped kitchenette and a bathroom with shower and toilet. We leave you some books and board games for quiet evenings. The Studio is independent with your own entrance, it is located on our property, a large plot with a pond below accessible on foot, a park with 2 small dwarf goats, all at the edge of the forest also accessible on foot 30 m from the accommodation. At the bottom of the village you can access the bike path built on an old railway track (about 30 km) that can reach Lake Der! In the studio, you will find a welcome booklet with some information about the accommodation as well as some good addresses! - Lake Der (15 km) - Nigloland (45 km) - Wassy (Intermarché, Aldi... 1 km) We will remain at your disposal for any questions :) Guest access You can access the goat park, the pond (walk).
