The Loft

The Loft is located is a quiet rural area, 10 minutes from Waterford City and 30 minutes from Kilkenny City. Our newly converted apartment is a self contained unit with an open plan Kitchen, Living and bedroom area. It has a cosy yet spacious feel to it, where you can relax and unwind. The sleeping area has a double bed and also a small sofa bed ( suitable for a child if required ). It also has a sizeable decking for outdoor dining. It is adjacent to our home with its own private entrance. The space Relax in our cosy loft apartment in the country area of Co. Kilkenny, located in the beautiful south east of Ireland. We are only 30 minutes drive from the many fabulous beaches of Co Waterford and the picturesque Comeragh Mountains. We are ideally situated for those wishing to cycle or walk the fabulous Waterford Greenway. ( A 46km pathway from Waterford City to Dungarvan ) This can be done in whole or part with beautiful village stops for coffee/ lunch to replenish your energy en route. Guest access Guests have full private access to the property. I like to greet my guests personally on arrival however there is also a lock box available if this is not possible.There is free parking at the property. A gravel stone walkway brings you up to the apartment with a few steps yet access is easy. Not suitable for wheelchair access. Other things to note The property is strictly a no smoking area. Smoking is only permitted outside the apartment.
