Cozy 2-bedroom place on the Erie Canal, walking distance to the Village of Brockport and SUNY Brockport, 30 minutes from Rochester, this little place is conveniently located to all things Western NY from universities to hospitals, wine trails and gorgeous parks. The house may be small, but it can sleep up to eight people with advance notice! Whether you are traveling for work, visiting family, or SUNY Brockport student, you will find this a comfy home away from home with everything you need! The space The house is nestled against the historic Erie Canal at the end of a quiet dead-end street. It is a short, pleasant walk into the Village of Brockport where shopping and restaurants are available. The State University of New York at Brockport is a 5-minute drive. Brockport is 20-30 minutes from Downtown Rochester, 45 minutes from Buffalo, and 55 minutes from Niagara Falls. Travel up the scenic NY Route 104 to see the history and agriculture of the area synonymous with Western NY. You will find easy access to both wine and antique trails! This is a quaint, cozy little 2-bedroom house with a queen master with a workspace. The second bedroom has a queen-over-queen bunk bed. The kitchen is fully stocked with an electric stove and oven. You will find a cozy couch, board games, a TV, and a queen Murphy bed (requiring advanced notice for setup) in the living room, which can accommodate an additional 2 guests. There is seating on the enclosed front porch, perfect for sipping your morning coffee. For those summer nights, there is a grill and outdoor seating on the back patio. You should have everything you need to enjoy your stay! Guest access The house is yours to use except for the supply closet. If you should run out of essentials/supplies, please let us know immediately so we can restock things for you!
