 - No dedicated parking spot, but free street parking is available near the property. Guest parking pass available for free unlimited time street parking (anywhere designated Zone 4) - Note that Seattle street parking signs may differ from block to block, always fully review all parking signs before parking your vehicle. - The best way to get around Seattle is by Uber/Lyft or public transportation. Please be mindful parking anywhere in the city can be tricky at times, but it's still very possible to find spots close by. - There are external security cameras at the perimeter of the house. No cameras inside the house. - Parties are strictly not allowed ($500 fine). - Absolutely no smoking, vaping, or illegal use of drugs in the house ($500 fine). - Quiet hours are 10pm - 6am. - No shoes on carpet please.
