The space 6 guests maximum Other things to note The house is about 35 min/ 24 miles from San Juan airport and 15 minutes from the center of Caguas. Please note that our home is located on a hill. The road leading up to the house is both steep and narrow. The road is paved and drivable with a regular car, a truck or AWD can be helpful but not necessary. Some of the amenities provided include hand wash, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner for each bathroom, roll of paper towel, toilet paper, dish soap. 1 bath towel per guest, beach towels and a cooler. While we make sure to provide you with the essentials, please note that we do not offer unlimited disposable amenities. It is your responsibility to review the services we provide and stock with anything else you may need for your stay. Gas for the grill is provided as well. Because coffee is important to us, we provide a small bag of coffee grounds for your first cup in the morning 😊 There’s also a Nespresso Vertuo (pods not provided) The house is in the countryside, and you can find insects, lizards, ants, iguanas, domestic animals (roosters, cats, dogs), among others around the property. We do spray the house regularly for pest control. Detailed information on how to arrive to the house will be provided along with phone numbers you are encouraged to call in case you miss a turn 🙂 Some people find nature sounds soothing, while others may find them a bit disruptive at night. If you are sensitive to sound, we recommend bringing earplugs so you can rest comfortably. *There is an additional full bathroom on the terrace. Third party booking is not allowed, your reservation could be canceled without a refund.
