Take a walk to the bottom of the mountain road to view the pasture & immerse in nature that’s close to Historic Clayton, Tallulah Falls, & Black Rock Mountain. Perfect for romantic getaways, girls weekends, & family adventures! You will be greeted with two levels when you arrive at the cabin. The lower level is your open and cozy space that features a living/dining room, a bedroom, and a quaint kitchen. The upper level is your dreamy loft that’ll have you wanting to bring it back home with you. The adorable kitchen is filled with light, character and charm. We are not professional hosts and this is our one and only Airbnb, so we take pride in offering a unique and comforting experience. The Lower Level: Spacious, family-oriented living & dining area A private bed featuring the famous Tuft & Needle mattress A freshly renovated bathroom with brand new tile, fixtures & paint. A bright and cozy space which includes a handmade leather couch (made in NC) and a cozy chair A quaint, functional little kitchen with all the tools you need to cook and enjoy a meal. The Upper Level: Two loft rooms. The first with a full-size bed topped with five-star memory foam mattresses, the 2nd room with 2 twin beds. LOCATION: We are part of a tiny cabin community on a mountainside, but our neighborhood is close to everything. Think of the A-frame cabin as your home base to get out and explore all that the North Georgia mountains have to offer! Guest access Our neighborhood is part of a tiny cabin community on a mountainside, so you many see many types of animals. Please be respectful & use common sense. Our driveway is a circular drive and has parking for 3 vehicles. Also, we are located on a paved road. You do not need a four-wheel drive to access the cabin. Other things to note -There isn't a dishwasher and the fridge is a small, Magic Chef 3.2 cu. ft. 2 door mini fridge with a freezer compartment. The oven is also a small apartment sized 2.9 cu. ft. range. -No fireplace fires the day of checkout. This is extremely dangerous and we ask you to clean up before you leave anyway. -Note that we have Ring security cameras on premises for security of our home. We will review the footage in the case of any property damage. They face the front and back yards. No cameras are indoors. NO PETS No exceptions. Don't ask. We get asked a lot to make exceptions and we don’t allow any pets. If we see a pet on the security camera, you will be sent a fee and asked to leave immediately. -There is a very sweet, non-aggressive neighborhood dog named Cash (a small German Shepherd) who loves to play fetch. He may wander around the property at some point during your stay but there is a wooden gate at the top of the deck to keep him off. Per Rabun County Short-Term Rental license requirements: Occupant is obligated to abide by all of the requirements of the Rabun County ordinances, state, and federal law, and such a violation of any of these rules may result in the immediate termination of the agreement and eviction from the premises, as well as potential liability for payment of fines levied.
