Our apartment is just steps from Piata Mare (Grand Square) in Sibiu. Located in a 200-year-old historic building, it features a cozy bedroom, living area with smart TV (Netflix), fast Wi-Fi, and a fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker, stove, and washing machine. Central heating keeps things warm in winter, and A/C is available during summer. A small private terrace adds extra charm—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the city. The space This is a spacious studio apartment with a fully furnished and private kitchen with an oven, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and a kitchen table that sits four people. The bedroom is very cosy and features a queen-sized bed (160X200cm) and a living area with a folding sofa, smart TV (international TV channels and Netflix). It provides a great space to relax and unwind. All spaces—bedroom, living area, kitchen, and bathroom—are private to this apartment and not shared with other guests. Heating & Cooling The apartment has central heating with adjustable temperature settings. During the summer months, you can stay cool with the air conditioner. In the late 19th century, it was home to Transylvanian writer Wittstock Oskar and painter Hertmann Hartmann. Parking There's paid public parking available in front of our building and surrounding streets. Parking is very affordable at just 15 RON (3 euros) per day and you can pay it by card or SMS. Guest access We offer a self-check-in option, and the apartment keys can be retrieved from a lockbox located outside the building. Late check-ins are welcome, but we kindly ask you to keep noise levels down to respect our friendly neighbors. Guests will have the entire apartment to themselves. Other things to note There is a shared inner courtyard that you can use to store bicycles or strollers. We kindly ask that you respect noise levels and the shared areas, including the inner courtyard and the staircases leading to the apartment.
