PARTY POLICY: The Vintage Bohemian is nestled in a very quiet neighborhood and no parties of any kind are permitted. Violations of our house rules such as excessive noise, smoking inside, or extra guests will lead to a fine of $250, cancellation of your reservation, and your immediate removal from the property. The space ★★★PLEASE NOTE: The Vintage Bohemian is in a home that has been divided into three completely separate/private units. All three have their own private entrances and there are no shared areas. The hot tub is for your private use only, and you will have your own fenced in yard and your own designated parking space for 1 vehicle.★★★ The Vintage Bohemian is your perfect stay for up to 2 guests, whether you’re looking for peace and quiet or an adventure-filled getaway. Stay in and unwind in your private secluded hot tub, or take a short 10-15 minute drive to Wrightsville Beach or Historic Downtown. You’ll park on the RIGHT side of the driveway. DO NOT go up the main center steps. Take the sidewalk path to the RIGHT of the house, and make your way through the gated entrance. There you’ll find your personal fenced-in yard, private hot tub, and private entrance. You’ll receive the code for the keyless entry lock the morning of your stay, so feel free to arrive at your convenience any time after check-in begins at 2pm.
