Bon Bini and welcome to Aruba! This 2 BR suite is located at Divi Village a 4 star resort just steps from the beach. Enjoy full access to all amazing resort amenities! Please send inquiry so I can check availability prior to accepting bookings. Typically week stays must be Saturday to Saturday or Sunday to Sunday but I’m happy to check all dates. There are 2 floor plans offered by the resort. Only one may be available on your dates. See below the description of floor plans. Other things to note The resort will charge and collect occupancy and other taxes at checkout. Typically $300/week. The resort was built in two phases. You may be assigned a unit to either phase. Examples from both phases are provided in pictures. Phase 1: Closer to beach. Darker design and decor. Phase 2: Further from beach but close to infinity pool. Lighter and brighter design and decor. Exact unit assigned a check in. Photos are generic and provided by the resort. Units are very similar unit to unit. Views may vary. By booking you agree to the following: 1. Host assumes zero liability for property loss or damages, and zero liability for injury or accidents in or about the premises during Rentee’s vacation. 2. Host is not held responsible for unforeseeable circumstances affecting the resort including repairs and improvements. 3. Rentee will provide a credit card at check in and takes responsibility for all incidental charges associated with their vacation for which additional fees are charged. 4. Rentee shall use the Property in accordance with the rules and regulations of the resort and will pay for all repairs, replacements and damages caused by the acts or neglect of or his/her guests.
