It features a large lounge room, dining area, and is equipped with baby amenities like a port-a-cot and highchair. Located within walking distance to shops and public transport, this home provides easy access to everything you need. Whether you're here for a short getaway or an extended stay, you'll find comfort and convenience in this welcoming space. The space Our property is a warm and welcoming homette. It is the front section of a larger house that has a locked door separating it so you have your own private space. It features a spacious sunken lounge room, dining room, kitchenette and bedroom with an ensuite. There is an additional fold out couch that is perfect for an adult or child. The kitchenette is spacious with barstools under an island, microwave/airfryer combo, fridge, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and basic untensils and cooking equipment. The bedroom is equipped with a queen size bed, chest of drawers and a walk in robe with the ensuite attached. You will also find a port-a-cot and high chair in the walk in robe if needed. The loungeroom has a leather 3 seater and a 1 seater couch. Both the loungeroom and bedroom have roller shutters and curtains. You have a private entrance off of a semi main road and a front yard to enjoy. We are within walking distance to public transport with the Belair Train Line only a 2 minute walk away. The beautiful Brown Hill Creek Reserve is also within walking distance along with Carrick Hill. We are close by to Mitcham shopping centre, supermarkets, eateries and the cinemas. Other things to note Unfortunately we do not have onsite parking avaliable but there are side streets available within close proximity.
