The space As you enter this magnificent Manor House, you are greeted with two spacious reception areas, one with a TV, to relax and enjoy after a day exploring the beautiful nearby towns of Bradford-on-Avon and Bath. The farmhouse style kitchen features a large fridge and a breakfast dining area which leads out on one side onto the patio and beautiful gardens. Through the other side of the kitchen you will find a large dining table and chairs, perfect for enjoying meals with friends and family. There is a downstairs WC too. Walking up the stairs via the snug you will find 5 exquisitely decorated bedrooms, one with an en-suite and two featuring Romeo and Juliet style balconies. A full bathroom with sumptuous roll top bath awaits for a long, leisurely soak. The bed formation is as follows: 1 x King size bedroom 1 x King size bedroom 1 x Double bedroom 1 x Twin room with bunk beds 1 x Twin room (beds can be zipped together to make a king) 1 x Z-bed 1 x Sofa bed (1 person) A travel cot and high chair is available on request. If you would like the bed formation changed from singles to a double in the zip link bed room, please provide us with at least 7 days notice prior to check-in. This property sleeps 12 guests with an additional lodge available on site which sleeps another 3 people. The Manor House has a large private garden to the rear with outdoor seating, a BBQ, fire pit and patio. The gardens to the front are shared with the lodge. Guest access Guests will be able to access the property via the key safe on site. Other things to note We are sorry but we do not accept dogs at this property.
