The house has four bedrooms and two bathrooms, with plenty of room for everyone and an authentic charm you won't find in newer builds. The lounge is spacious and inviting, with a wood burner for cosy winter evenings, plus a heat pump and heaters in the bedrooms. The separate kitchen and dining areas are great for shared meals, and the home includes Wi-Fi, a Nespresso coffee machine, laundry facilities, children’s toys, and board games. Outside, the dining area is perfect for relaxed meals in the fresh air, and off-street parking is available. Large floor-to-ceiling windows in the lounge showcase uninterrupted views of Lake Wakatipu, the Remarkables, Cecil Peak, and beyond. The lake-view balcony is an easy favourite for sitting back and taking it all in. Please notify us at least 3 days prior to arrival. Guest access Guests have full access to the house and off street car parking. Please note that the owner has their car parked at the property, located in the car port. Other things to note House Rules: Maximum of 8 guests At least one guest must be over the age of 25 No pets, parties, smoking/vaping indoors and absolutely NO glitter. 3-night minimum stay applies during December 20 – January 5 Please note: This property is located in a residential area, the quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM We ask if you have guests or externally hired staff at this location, that you strictly abide by the quiet hours so as to not disturb the neighbours.
