Stay at our Breezy Riverview Bungalow right on the Spokane river! Panoramic views nestled in nature, and walking distance to public access and parks to enjoy the water. Everyone’s favorite spot is the sunroom-open the windows for a breeze while the light pours in; so close to the water you can hear it from the master bedroom. Spacious home with fully equipped kitchen and propane BBQ. An outdoor fire pit for the cold nights, games, comfortable beds and memories to last with the whole family. The space Master bedroom: Spacious master with a King bed for a good nights rest. Next to the bed is a Mini split unit for cooling and heating. Large closet with luggage rack and extra blankets to stay extra toasty. A spot to relax in bed while listening to the waves of the river just open your bedroom window. Bedroom 2: A large extra room with a Queen bed and twin bunk bed for the rest of the family. The room also has its own mini split unit for cooling and heating. Extra room in the closet with additional luggage rack and extra blankets. Kitchen: The kitchen should have everything you would need. Please let us know if not and we can provide it. The coffee pot can make both single cups and a full pot of drip coffee. Dishwasher, gas stove/oven, microwave and full fridge. We provide snacks, coffee and waters to get you started. Living room/dining space: 50” Smart TV for steaming movies and shows. A variety of adult and kid friendly games. Dining table that seats 6 and large mini split unit. Laundry is a stacked washer and dryer located in the bathroom. The bathroom has a bath/shower. The sunroom has seating and windows open for a breeze with peaceful sounds of the river. Occasionally you can see wildlife such as eagles, deer and even moose. There is a set of stairs attached to the sunroom to go outside. Extra space heaters provided and standing fan to stay comfortable. You will also find 6 beach towels and a weatherproof corn-hole game to enjoy. Outside we provide two lounge chairs with ottomans and additional chairs to sit and enjoy the view. Propane BBQ and fire pit. Fire wood not included, but sometimes extra is left to use for the next guest. Guest access Entire home is accessible. The garage is available to use. Please ask us for details on how to access. You are not able to access inside the home from garage. Other things to note Trash day is Thursdays and the lawn is mowed every Wednesday. We will message you if the lawn care changes. We do not provide fire wood or fire starter.
