Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway in the beautiful Noojee bush lands. Our studio apartment has a coonara fireplace, split system aircon, queen bed, balcony, kitchenette with electric frying pan and microwave, and ensuite bathroom. A balcony to sit on and take in the view. Perfect for a cozy weekend getaway or as a base for exploring Gippsland and Mt Baw Baw. The space One room studio with separate bathroom, small kitchenette with electric fry pan, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, microwave and mini fridge. We have some utilities for cooking, eating, crockery, cups and glasses. You will find some coffee pods, instant coffee, an assortment of tea bags, hot chocolate and sugar There is a small dining area and two lounge chairs in front of the fireplace. Queen bed with pillows and a Donna There is a deck for you to sit on and look at the view The driveway is steep and crushed rock Guest access You can park you car on the concrete in front of the barn, The area around the studio, please be aware there might be people in the other accommodation. You can walk down the driveway past the house and follow the fence to your right follow the path and it leads you to the road for a easy walk to the Noojee pub or to the Heritage centre, for a look at the train or grab a coffee at the cafe there, the Red duck cafe is just a stroll down the hill. Other things to note We are in the bush so we do have some bugs and spiders visit some times, if it happens there is bug spray in the cupboard underneath the sink. We are on tank water so please be mindful of that.
