The space Private Basement Suite featuring 2 cozy bedrooms, 1 full bath, spacious living room with work area (equipped fiberoptic internet connection, desk with a monitor and a docking station), a pullout sofa (Queen bed), dining area with fully-stocked kitchenette. This modern space can accommodate 1 or up to 7 guests. It will be comfortable for any traveler - whether leisure or business. We are happy you chose to stay with us and hoping you feel as comfortable here as you would at home! We are delighted to offer the entire basement for your use during your stay – it has been stocked with all the necessities that we hope will make your stay easy and comfortable. We occupy the main floor, the door up the stairs leading to it is locked and will remain locked. No access to the garage. Access to the deck is available upon request. For extended stay of more than 7 consecutive nights, there will be minor refreshing housekeeping service performed on Tuesdays (fresh towels replacements, bathroom refreshing, and restocking of kitchenette necessities). Guests must pick up their personal belongings off the floor at least, for the housekeeper to vacuum the floors. Please, read carefully the instructions on how to use our microwave before using it as improper use may cause fire – please, be careful! NO unregistered guests are permitted on the premises – the number of people on our property must match the number of people on reservation at all times! Parking is permitted in the driveway only for personal vehicles (small, mid- and full-size cars, SUVs, family vans, pick-up trucks. No large commercial vehicles). Limit of 3 vehicles. NO parties allowed. NO Smoking or vaping in the house OR anywhere on the premises. Any signs of smoking or any strong lingering smell of marijuana or other smoking agents in the house will be charged with a minimum of $250. NO drugs of any kind. No fireplace use – do not attempt to start the fire. Please, gather all used linens and towel into the hampers provided (in the bathroom as well as in both bedrooms) If more trash was accumulated than the trash can by the sink can accommodate, please take the bags outside. Please, do not wear shoes in the house – there is a dedicated shoe space underneath the stairs for your convenience. Any violations to these requests will terminate the stay with no refund.
