Air-conditioning in all rooms, gas heating, charcoal barbecue on the balcony. Excellent choice for people with good taste. Guest access Guests are not allowed to book the condominium's ballrooms. Other things to note Garage space: The parking space is very narrow. Pickup trucks and very wide cars do not fit. Over the course of all the stays, we've had 2 situations where cars didn't fit into the space. Cars that did not fit: BMW X5 and Range Rover Evoque. Cars of guests who normally fit in the space: Honda Civic, BMW 320, Honda HRV, BMW x3, Toyota Corolla, Ford Fusion, Audi Q3. It is important to be aware that if the car does not fit into the space, we have no other space. Unfortunately, this is a structural problem in many buildings in Balneário Camboriú.
